Most rehab looks the same regardless of who you are. Low-level exercises. Generic progressions. A plan designed for the average patient — which means it's designed for nobody in particular. We don't believe that's good enough.

No techs, no aides, no one watching four other patients while you do clamshells in a corner.

Every session is one hour of focused, individualized work — because that's what it actually takes to make progress. Not fifteen minutes and a handout.

Your plan is built around your sport, your timeline, and your definition of better. We don't have a standard protocol because no two athletes are the same.

Passive treatment feels good. It doesn't make you durable.

Manual therapy reduces pain and improves movement. But the real work is what happens after.

We use soft tissue work, adjustments, and manual therapy as tools — not the whole plan. Building strength and capacity is what keeps you out of the office and on the road.
