  • We are a cash-based practice and are not in network with any insurance companies.

  • Pricing varies depending on the type and length of the appointment. You and your doctor will work together to decide which appointment length and type is right for you. If you have any questions on pricing you can’t contact us!

  • By being cash-based, we have the ability to treat you based on your needs and how we see fit. We don’t want to let insurance companies dictate the quality and type of care we provide.

  • You get the highest quality of care and all the time you need with our doctor. No seeing several different staff members only to spend a minute with the doctor. No unexpected bills from us or the insurance company. We will never hide anything, and you will always know the exact price every visit.

  • Yes! You can file your visit with your insurance company yourself. If you do so you may need a superbill and some other paperwork from your doctor. Just find out what you need to submit it and we’ll be happy to provide you with what you need.

  • Yes! You can use your FSA/HSA accounts to pay for the visits. If you do so just let us know so we can give you a receipt to submit to your company.

  • No! You don’t need to be a member and anyone can come see us. Parking for nonmembers will also be validated.

  • Yes! We offer packages to help save you some money on your care.

  • Free parking is available in the Omni Hotel parking deck. For more information please visit the “Location and Parking” tab under “About Us”
